Official Rules for Just Got Played’s Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) of its copy of: Tidal Blades: Heroes of the Reef – Deluxe Edition – Kickstarter Exclusive (the “Game”), ending on October 23rd, 2018 (the “End Date”) which Game is expected to be delivered to Just Got Played (or its Agent) during the month of October 2019 (the “Initial Estimated Delivery Date”). Giveaway is open to United States Residents only who have a United States shipping address. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary. Just Got Played Officials and Agents are ineligible. Giveaway is limited to Members of the Just Got Played Face Book Group and/or Subscribers to the Just Got Played YouTube Channel as of the End Date (Links Provided). On the End Date, Just Got Played Officials will first randomly determine whether the winner will be selected from its Facebook Group Members or from its YouTube Subscribers. Then Officials will randomly select one (1) winner from the list of Members or Subscribers and announce such winner on or after the End Date. In the Official’s discretion, if the selected winner is determined to be ineligible, unreachable, or unresponsive after 36 hours, an alternate winner will be selected in a similar fashion. Participant Members/Subscribers acknowledge that this Giveaway is entirely contingent upon the Game actually being delivered to Just Got Played (through its Agent who backed the Game’s Kickstarter campaign) in the normal course of business. If the Game’s Kickstarter/Publisher fails to deliver the Game, or such delivery is delayed by more than 2 months from the Initial Estimated Delivery Date, then Just Got Played may cancel the Giveaway in its discretion. After Just Got Played receives the Game, it will have 60 days thereafter to open, play, and review the Game, and then will send the used copy of the Game to the winner within a reasonable time thereafter. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, any other Social Media Platform, nor the Publisher of the Game. By participating, each Member/Subscriber applicant hereby releases Facebook, any other Social Media Platforms this Giveaway was promoted on, as well as Just Got Played, and its Agents, from any claims or damages, costs, fees, expenses, and attorney fees whether suit be brought or not, that are related to this Giveaway. This Giveaway shall be governed by Florida Law without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
